    Dr. Roberts

    Dr. Roberts is an “out of network” provider for all private insurance companies.

    Effective January 1, 2015, Dr. Roberts is no longer a participating provider for Medicare which means our office will not be able to submit your bills for reimbursement to you except under certain circumstances where patients have additional insurance coverage separate from Medicare.  Feel free to contact Patricia for full details if needed.

    Please be aware that fees for office visits do not include procedure fees. If you would like information on any and all fees Dr. Roberts charges for procedures, feel free to ask our staff prior to your appointment or procedure. They will do their best to give you the most accurate information including the possible range of fees as it is not always possible to predict the exact procedure Dr. Roberts will recommend until she examines you personally in the office.

    After every visit, we will kindly ask for payment in full for all services rendered and bill your private insurance as a courtesy to you for reimbursement of allowed expenses according to your particular plan.

    And while Dr. Roberts is not under contract with any insurance companies, her staff will be happy to advise and guide you during your appointment on how to plan your treatment(s) according to most private insurance company guidelines.

    We will do our best to advise and assist you, but ultimately the negotiation is between you and your insurance carrier.


    Dr. Kim

    Dr. Kim is a participating provider for Medicare.

    She is not a contracted provider for Medical or any private health insurance companies.

    Payment for all services is collected on the day of your visit for all patients except Medicare patients.

    For non-Medicare patients, as a courtesy, we will submit your claim to your insurance company for any possible reimbursement directly to you for “out of network” benefit coverage.
